Summary
This study aimed to improve how doctors diagnose chronic constipation and fecal incontinence, which affect about 1 in 4 people. Researchers tested a new device called Fecobionics that combines several tests into one, making diagnosis faster and more reliable. They studied 130 patients and 101 healthy volunteers to find better ways to measure bowel function.
