Summary

This study looks at how different types of chronic ankle instability affect brain activity and movement control. Researchers will test 42 physically active adults to find differences between those with mechanical looseness, perceived instability, or both. The goal is to create better, personalized rehab programs that improve recovery and prevent re-injury.
