Summary
This study looks at how Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) helps people drink less or stay sober. Researchers will follow 192 adults who attend AA meetings, using daily phone surveys and interviews over 6 months. The goal is to understand which parts of AA—like social support or spiritual practices—most help people change their drinking behavior.
