Summary
This study looks at how Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) helps people with alcohol use disorder reduce their drinking. Researchers will track 192 adults daily for six months to see which AA activities—like social support or spiritual practices—lead to fewer drinks. The goal is to understand what makes AA effective so treatments can be improved.
