New drug combo aims to control advanced colon cancer

Summary
This study tests whether a newer anti-cancer drug called fruquintinib, combined with standard chemotherapy, can better control advanced colorectal cancer than the current standard treatment (bevacizumab plus chemo). About 74 adults whose cancer has worsened after initial treatment will participate. The main goal is to see how many patients have their cancer shrink or stay stable after 4 months.
