Can a simple scan make botox for neck spasms work better?

NCT ID NCT07233993

Summary

This study aims to see if using an ultrasound machine to guide Botox injections helps people with cervical dystonia (a condition causing painful neck muscle spasms) more than standard injections. About 37 adults who already respond well to Botox will receive both types of injections in a random order and report on their quality of life, pain, and movement. The goal is to find the most effective and safe way to deliver this common treatment.
