Summary
This study compared two different guidance methods for a nerve block used during sinus surgery. The goal was to see which method better reduces bleeding during the operation and pain afterward. Researchers tested ultrasound guidance against a computer navigation system called Brainlab in 60 adults having sinus surgery.
