First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a new simulation-based curriculum helps junior doctors learn ultrasound-guided procedures like thoracocentesis and abdominal tapping. About 200 doctors who attend the training will take part. The goal is to improve patient safety and medical education by letting doctors practice on simulators instead of real patients.
