Sound waves shatter kidney stones without a single cut

Summary
This study tests a new way to treat kidney stones using ultrasound waves to break them into tiny pieces and move them out of the kidney. The goal is to help stones pass naturally without surgery or anesthesia. About 140 adults with small kidney stones (2-7 mm) will take part to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
