New scan aims to spot cancer without surgery

Summary
This study is testing a special type of ultrasound, done during a scope procedure, to see if it can accurately tell whether unusual growths in the chest or digestive tract are cancerous or not. It will involve about 35 people who have these masses. The goal is to see if this tool can provide a clear diagnosis and potentially help patients avoid more invasive surgical biopsies.
