Scientists test ultrasound 'Zapper' on healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT07160049
Summary
This study is testing a new wearable ultrasound device to see if it can safely and comfortably stimulate nerves in the arms and legs. Researchers are enrolling 15 healthy volunteers to wear the device while performing standard pain sensitivity tests, like holding a hand in cold water. The goal is to check if the device works properly and is tolerable, not to treat pain.
