Nerve block injection trial offers hope for debilitating dizziness condition

Summary
This study is testing if a targeted nerve block injection can help control symptoms of Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Researchers will compare the real injection to a placebo (sham) injection in 20 adults with POTS. The goal is to see if the procedure can reduce symptoms like lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat, and fatigue when standing up.
