New Two-Part heart procedure aims to stop dangerous irregular heartbeats

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special ultrasound treatment to the kidneys during a repeat heart procedure helps prevent atrial fibrillation (AFib) from returning. It involves 250 adults with high blood pressure whose AFib has come back after a previous procedure. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the standard repeat heart procedure alone or the standard procedure plus the kidney nerve treatment.
