Summary
This study tested whether using ultrasound to guide a hyaluronic acid injection into the jaw joint works better than the usual method for people with a displaced jaw disc. Forty adults who had pain, clicking, or trouble opening their mouth took part. The goal was to see if ultrasound guidance improves pain, clicking, and jaw movement.
