First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a special needle treatment guided by ultrasound can help people who had a stroke walk faster and move better. Researchers will check walking speed, strength, balance, and quality of life right after treatment and one week later.
