First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests if a higher-voltage nerve treatment can reduce migraine days and pain in people with chronic migraine. 100 adults who have not responded to at least two preventive medications will receive either standard or higher-voltage pulsed radiofrequency to a nerve cluster behind the nose. The goal is to see if the higher voltage provides better pain relief without causing nerve damage.
