Doctors test ultrasound to make risky heart test safer

NCT ID NCT07154927

Summary

This study aims to see if using an ultrasound machine can safely guide a special catheter into the heart's arteries to diagnose pulmonary hypertension. Researchers want to test if this method, which avoids X-ray radiation, works as well as the standard approach. The study will enroll 35 adults suspected of having the condition to measure success rates, safety, and accuracy.
