This study tests whether an ultrasound-guided nerve block (erector spinae plane block) provides better pain relief than standard local anesthesia during a lung procedure called medical thoracoscopy. One hundred adults scheduled for this procedure will be randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block or local anesthesia.
