First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether an ultrasound-guided nerve block (erector spinae muscle block) can reduce pain after hip reconstruction in 70 children aged 2-7. The goal was to see if it provides better pain relief than standard care and lowers the need for strong pain medicines. Results could help make recovery more comfortable for young patients.
