Summary
This study tested a new ultrasound-guided nerve block (SPSIPB) to control pain after video-assisted chest surgery. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block or a morphine injection under the skin. The main goal was to measure pain levels at rest and when coughing. The approach aims to provide effective pain relief with fewer side effects than traditional methods.
