Ultrasound device aims to calm immune system in arthritis
NCT ID NCT07293871
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily at-home ultrasound device can safely reduce inflammation and symptoms in adults with moderate rheumatoid arthritis. Up to 40 participants will use either a real or a dummy device for 8 weeks to see if it helps control their disease. The goal is to gather safety data and see if this new approach shows enough promise for a larger future trial.
