Summary
This study is testing a new type of ultrasound scan to see if it can accurately measure how muscular dystrophy damages muscles over time. Researchers will compare scans from 60 boys and men with Duchenne or Becker muscular dystrophy to scans from healthy volunteers, tracking changes for one year. The goal is to create a better tool for future drug trials, not to treat the disease itself.
