Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique using ultrasound can help people with alcohol use disorder. Forty participants are randomly assigned to receive either real or fake ultrasound treatment to see if it reduces their cravings for alcohol and lowers the chance of relapse. The goal is to see if targeting a specific brain area can help control the urge to drink.
