Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive ultrasound treatment can lower cravings and help prevent relapse in people with alcohol use disorder. Forty adults will receive either real or fake (sham) ultrasound to the brain. The goal is to see if this safe, painless method can reduce drinking urges and improve control over alcohol use.
