Scientists test if ultrasound can see brain tumors better than MRI
NCT ID NCT05755399
Summary
This study is testing whether ultrasound technology can create clear images of brain tumors during surgery. Researchers will compare ultrasound images with standard MRI scans in 15 people already scheduled for brain surgery. The goal is to see if ultrasound could eventually help guide brain treatments more precisely and affordably.
