First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at how cortisol and other steroid hormones are produced over 24 hours in people with small adrenal tumors. Researchers will use a special device to take fluid samples every 20 minutes for one to two days. The goal is to better understand the differences between tumors that produce extra cortisol and those that do not. About 40 adults with adrenal nodules will take part.
