First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using a very small amount of contrast dye (less than 15 ml) is safe and works for opening blocked leg arteries in 18 patients who have both severe leg pain and kidney problems. The goal was to protect the kidneys while still successfully treating the leg. Results focused on kidney function, technical success, and avoiding amputation or dialysis.
