Summary
This study tests a tiny device placed under the scalp that records brain activity for months without needing a hospital stay. It aims to see if it can accurately detect seizures in 9 adults with mild to moderate intellectual disability and hard-to-treat epilepsy. The goal is to improve seizure tracking and quality of life by comparing device data with seizure diaries and caregiver reports.
