NCT ID NCT07545369
First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two advanced artificial heart valves (SAPIEN 3 Ultra Resilia and Evolut FX) used in a procedure called TAVI to treat severe aortic stenosis. About 200 people with severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two valves. The main goal is to see which valve works better at 30 days after the procedure, looking at success rate and how well the valve functions.
