Summary
This study compares two advanced heart valves (SAPIEN 3 Ultra Resilia vs Evolut FX) in 200 people with severe aortic stenosis who need a valve replacement. Participants are randomly assigned to receive one valve, then followed for a year to see which performs better and has fewer complications. The goal is to find the best option for improving blood flow and quality of life.
