Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common elbow surgeries works better for people with ulnar neuropathy, a condition that causes pain, numbness, and weakness in the hand. Researchers will compare how well each surgery relieves symptoms and improves hand function in 378 participants. The goal is to help doctors choose the most effective treatment for this nerve problem.
