Summary
This study is testing a new drug called OD-07656 for people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The main goals are to see if it is safe and if it can reduce symptoms like bleeding and diarrhea. Researchers also want to find out if taking OD-07656 first makes a standard treatment (vedolizumab) work better for patients.
