NCT ID NCT07378761

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a gentler drug, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), works better than standard steroids for treating liver inflammation caused by immunotherapy in cancer patients. About 94 adults with grade 3 or 4 liver injury will be randomly assigned to receive either UDCA or steroids for 21 days. The goal is to see if UDCA can improve liver function with fewer side effects.
