Heart docs get report cards to close care gaps
NCT ID NCT06277323
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested two simple tools—monthly report cards and storyboards—to see if they help cardiologists remember to close important care gaps for their patients, like prescribing the right heart medications or controlling blood pressure. 46 UCLA Health cardiologists took part. The goal was to improve preventive care and disease management, not to test a new treatment.
