NCT ID NCT07177469

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injectable medication called UBT251 can help people with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 205 participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (a dummy shot with no medicine) for 24 weeks to see which is more effective and safe. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes, but researchers will also check effects on waist size, blood pressure, cholesterol, and mental health.
