This study aimed to see if a single pill combining two diabetes drugs (SGLT2 inhibitor and thiazolidinedione) works better than taking either drug alone for people with type 2 diabetes already on metformin. The goal was to improve blood sugar control and reduce side effects like weight gain and swelling. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
