Summary
This early-stage study is testing an experimental oral medication called TYK-01054 in adults whose advanced solid tumors have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any signs of slowing tumor growth. The trial will enroll about 219 participants with specific cancers, including mesothelioma, lung cancer, and head-and-neck cancer.
