Nose job study tests drug to cut black eyes and swelling

Summary

This study looks at whether tranexamic acid (TXA), a drug that helps blood clot, can reduce bleeding, bruising, and swelling in people having nose surgery (rhinoplasty). About 60 adults will take part. Researchers will measure blood loss during surgery and how much bruising and swelling people have afterward.
