Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TX000045 in 25 people with high blood pressure in the lungs caused by scarring lung disease. The goal is to see if the drug lowers resistance in lung blood vessels and is safe over 16 weeks. Participants will take the drug and have regular heart and lung tests.
