Double transplant strategy aims to tame tough lymphoma
NCT ID NCT00882895
Summary
This study is testing a two-step stem cell transplant for adults with high-risk non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. First, patients receive a transplant using their own cells, followed by a second, gentler transplant using cells from a matched donor. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves long-term disease control compared to a single transplant.
