Summary
This study is testing a new planned two-stage approach for opening completely blocked heart arteries (CTOs). Researchers want to see if performing the procedure in two shorter sessions improves safety, increases the chance of success, and makes the experience better for patients. The study is enrolling 200 people with high-risk blockages who are scheduled for this type of procedure.
