Summary
This study aims to understand how much our genes versus our diet affect our weight and metabolism. Researchers in Pakistan will have 60 pairs of identical and non-identical twins follow a balanced diet for 12 weeks. By comparing the twins' responses, they hope to learn how to give better, more personalized nutrition advice.
