NCT ID NCT02059746

Summary

This study looked at whether having a vaginal birth or a C-section affects a first-time mother's risk of developing urinary incontinence after delivering twins. Researchers followed over 3,000 women who gave birth to twins after 34 weeks of pregnancy. They compared symptoms like bladder leaks, pelvic floor issues, and quality of life at 3 months and 12 months after delivery.
