Summary
This study looked at whether people with kidney failure who still have some kidney function can safely dialyze only twice a week instead of the usual three times. Researchers measured quality of life, symptoms, and cognitive function in 58 participants. The goal was to see if a reduced schedule could be effective without harming health.
