Summary
This study tests whether a small, handheld device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear (tVNS) is safe and practical for people recovering from a brain bleed (aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage). About 30 participants will receive either the real stimulation or a dummy version twice daily for 5 days. Researchers will track side effects, complications, and recovery up to 6 weeks later to see if this approach can improve blood flow and reduce inflammation in the brain.
