New growth hormone drug aims to help girls with turner syndrome grow taller

Summary

This study tests a new growth hormone drug (inpegsomatropin) against an existing one (givopegsomatropin) in 84 girls with Turner syndrome who are shorter than average. The goal is to see which drug works better at increasing height over 52 weeks. Participants must be between 2 and 12 years old, prepubertal, and have a confirmed diagnosis of Turner syndrome.
