Summary
This study tests whether turmeric capsules can lower inflammation and pain in adults with knee osteoarthritis. 72 participants will take either turmeric or a placebo daily for 3 weeks, tracking symptoms and painkiller use. The goal is to see if turmeric improves inflammatory markers and knee pain.
