Summary
This study tests a drug called TURALIO (pexidartinib) in people aged 3 to 35 whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors or control leukemia. Participants take the drug daily for up to 2 years and are closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
