New hope for pancreatic cancer: drug cocktail targets tumors

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (tunlametinib, chemotherapy, and cetuximab β) as a first treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combo shrinks tumors and is safe. About 28 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
