Summary
This study tested whether eating a daily tuna-based nugget for 12 weeks could help control heart disease. It involved 120 adults with ischemic cardiomyopathy, a type of heart damage, who were also overweight. Researchers measured changes in body weight, cholesterol, and key markers of inflammation in the blood to see if the fish diet made a difference.
